CONTRIBUTIONS

Option 1 – Full paper

Full papers with recommended length of 8-12 pages in Springer format will be published in a Scopus-indexed collection of proceedings.

All full papers are eligible for the best paper award.  

Option 2 – Extended Abstract

Extended abstracts should be max. 1000 words long (references excluded).

This option is tailored for authors who do not intend to publish a full paper but still wish to present their latest findings at the conference. The accepted abstracts will be presented along with full papers but are not going to be included in the conference proceedings.


INSTRUCTIONS

FIRST SUBMISSION CONTRIBUTIONS MUST BE ANONYMOUS

  • All submissions must follow the Springer Template. Papers with another formatting will be rejected without review.
  • The papers should be written in English.
  • All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process and will be evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to the conference, contributions, and readability.
  • Please ensure you submit an anonymized version of your contribution for the initial submission round.

Option 1 – Full paper

  • The recommended length of the full paper is 8-12 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
  • The full paper should contain the following elements: Introduction, Literature Review, Research Methodology/Question, Main Contribution and Results, Conclusions, Acknowledgment (if necessary), References.

Option 2 – Extended Abstract

The template for the extended abstract can be downloaded below:

  • The length for the extended abstract is max. 1000 words excluding references. Figures and tables can be included.
  • The extended abstract should contain the following elements: Short abstract, Purpose of the study, Research Methodology/Approach, Findings/Results, Relevance of the contribution
